Switchgear & Control Panels

Our unique design of Generator Set Control Panels now utilizes the latest range of COMAP or DeepSea range of controllers, with all the features they incorporate. They are base mounting to avoid the vibrations associated with most generating sets starting up, shallow in depth, yet are spacious enough to house most of the associated control equipment, relay, contactors terminal etc. Circuitry is easily accessible, with angled drop down fascia and removable panels.

We design and build our own range of Automatic Mains Failure Panels (AMF) and intelligent Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) with 4-pole contactors, to go with our own set building operation and for third parties.

Our in-house design of single pump and duel pump Fuel Fill & Transfer Systems, includes a mini PLC to ensure the pumps are started sequentially and cycled to avoid excess wear on any one.

We supply High Voltage circuit breakers and switchgear to go with our generator sets up to 11kV, as well as Low Voltage up to 630V.

Where required we design and build Synchronising & Paralleling Control Panels, using the DeepSea range of 55xx controllers backed by our own G59 approved under/over Frequency and Voltage, Reverse Power and Check Synch relays. Where the system requires operating parameters outside those of the above, we design and build our own customized SCADA system which will monitors and control multiple sets as well as integrate with existing BMS systems.
